Bill Pay, Taxes and Utilities

Point and Pay charges a 3% convenience fee for the online payment and transaction services that they provide. This fee is calculated on the amount of your payment and is charged in addition to it.

Yes, of course! You may visit City Hall to make payments in person during our regular business hours. You may also use the dropbox located at City Hall anytime. Or you may send your payment by mail to City of Belding, 120 S. Pleasant Street, Belding, Michigan 48809. Personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks are accepted.
